Project E.L.M.O. is tecnology derived from aliens. It is a technology that uses emf and our own power grid to "squeal." This "squeal" is a responsive, programmed voice that "whispers" to your subconcious.
So about a year ago, I saw a youtube video on how it works. I have been searching for it again, but it probably got removed.
Here is the jist of that video:

- Its one guy, alone in a quiet room.
- He plays a sound file. A gun clicking, cocking.
- Immediately afterwards... "Bang bang" "Gonna get some" is recorded amongst the ambeint noises. Not any specific noise, just the general ambeint noise.
- A woman on a subway. Most likely high on drugs is standing there strung out. She has a bottle of an aerosol hairspray in her hand.
- "Spray it everywhere" "Keep going" and this woman is spraying the signage on the inside of the rail car.
